We had taken our computer to another repair place (a Big Box store) and they told me that my computer would need a new motherboard to make it work. They said it would cost us over $400 to have it fixed.

When I took my computer in to A+ Computer Pros, I wasn't sure that they would fix it for $89.98. I had taken it in to a few other repair places and they wanted a LOT of money to fix the problem and to save my pictures and music. I couldn't see how A+ Computer Pros could fix it for less than what everyone else wanted.

But they did! I got my computer back the very next day and ALL my files were on it. My internet shortcuts where back and my music was there and the computer runs really fast.

I looked all over town for a place to have my computer checked out. Our power had gone out and when it came back on, the computer wouldn't start up. The screen was blank and there was a blinking orange light on the front.

Everyone in town wanted $65 or more to look at my computer.

I took it in to A+ Computer Pros and they checked it out for free. They said the motherboard was dead and had been fried in the power outage.

Mike suggested that we buy a new computer instead of repairing the old one because a new motherboard would cost us nearly as much as a new computer.

A+ Computer Pros really helped us out. They looked at my computer for FREE and pointed me in the right direction to buy a new one. We used that $65 that everyone else wanted to charge us as part of the money we used to buy the new computer!

My laptop just stopped working. It was doing just fine and then one day it wouldn't turn on. I took it to DELETED (Big Box store) and they said I needed a new motherboard and that it would cost $500. Well, I didn't want to pay that, so I said NO!

They also told me about calling HP to have my laptop repaired. I did and HP sent me a box to ship the laptop back in and only charged me $250 to fix the laptop!

A+ Computer Pros saved me a lot of money and they treated me right. You just can't go wrong with these people!

We got a trojan on our computer. It said we were infected with a bunch of viruses and wanted us to buy an anti-virus program.

I called the company where I bought the computer from and they logged onto my computer and removed the trojan. It cost me a lot of money to have them remove that thing, but the computer never really ran right even after they took the trojan off. A few days later it was back, and it wouldn't let us do anything on the computer.

When I called A+ Computer Pros, they told me that the Trojan we had couldn't be removed unless they did a "rebuild" of the operating system. They said they could save my pictures and my music files and only charge us $89.98.

I tried to fix my Dell computer and couldn't do it. So I took it to a repair shop here in Redding. They charged me $65.00 to evaluate it, then they told me they couldn't fix it.

So I took it to another repair shop, they charged me $65.00 to check it and they couldn't fix it either. So I took it to ANOTHER repair place, another $65.00 and they couldn't fix it either.

I knew the computer had worked before I tried to load the operating system, so I tried another repair shop. Again, I was charged $65.00 and AGAIN they couldn't fix it.

So then I took it to A+ Computer Pros. Their technician said he would check it over and see what was going on with it. The next day they called me and told me that they could fix the computer and that they only wanted $89.98 to do it.

I didn't believe them, but I said to go ahead and try.

The very next day they called me and said the computer was ready. Sure enough I went in and it was working! AND they only charged me the $89.98.

I had taken that computer to FOUR other repair shops and paid a total of $260 to have it checked over and NO ONE COULD FIX IT!

A+ Computer Pros didn't charge me anything to check it over and find the problem and they FIXED it for only $89.98. They got my business from now on!

We had moved and when we set up our computer, it didn't work.

We took it to A+ Computer Pros and the tech insisted on setting it up and taking a look at it right then. It wouldn't turn on.

So then he takes it apart and messes around inside the computer. Then he turns it back on and it starts up and works fine!

I wanted to pay him but he said that he didn't do enough for me to pay him.
